1929 Model A Ford Fordor Town Sedan / 3-Window - (Murray Body 155-A) "The Ambassador" - of goodwill that is - this Model A spreads cheer everywhere you drive her. People smile and wave, then you honk her "Ah-ooooooga" horn, and then they cheer :-) This Henry's Lady is a tried and true driver and runs like Model A should with that stock, put-put sound. The three-speed manual transmission and drive train are authentic. The original engine has recently been restored, fuel system overhauled (only with stock parts). Upgrades include 1932 hydraulic breaks (completely overhauled) by Model A brake expert Ron Mosher, and a 12v negative ground electrical system for reliable staring with Stock Ford Script ignition parts. Worn suspension components have recently been replaced, and brand new stock exhaust system. She also has new tires, made to the factory original Firestone molds. The "Ambassador" is about as authentic as she can be. Appearing in several motion picture projects (we are contractually sworn to secrecy:-), This Model A is everything you will need for fun and friendly weekend motoring! Also included is a box of original parts including original Zenith style carburetor parts, distributor parts, and the original 6V positive ground powerhouse generator. The Model A Town Sedan was a fancy edition of the Fodor body. It included features such as a center armrest in the back seat, cowl lamps and nickel plated radiator shell.
