REVIEWS

Emily or Oscar was a cute and creative tale. The sound music and songs were very good. Several times the music immediately lightened the mood. A good example of great musical background was when they were watching silent films. The film offers many spots of fun and humor especially when the fantasy takes over. There was good cinematography as the film covered many different backgrounds. It was a smoother transaction from indoor, outdoor, and into the thoughts of what could be. This was creative and helped move the film along at a good speed. What truly allows this film to shine is the presence of old Hollywood. This is what takes the viewers to the golden era, the good old days. This film does a really good job at it’s representation of the Golden Days. The humor is light and witty as Sam’s imagination takes over. The ending was very fun as they all recited a very poetic version of their conversation. A good way to bring the film to the close. The actors were good and each character was fun, and believable.
